The Merlin MS Centre is the only MS therapy centre in Cornwall. The Centre is based in Hewas Water near St Austell. Cornwall has one of the highest rates of MS in the Country, therefore the work of the Centre is crucial to the people who benefit daily. The charity receives no Government funding to meet its annual running costs of £275,000 and therefore relies on the hire of its conference and therapy rooms, grants from grant-making trusts and fundraising activities.

 A Preview Evening will take place at the Falmouth Art Gallery on Friday 13th September from 6pm. A three-week exhibition will follow leading up to the main Art Auction on Friday 4th October from 7pm onwards.

Artists who have generously donated artwork to the Merlin Art Auction include: David Tremlett, Richard Long, Rose Hilton, John Miller, Patrick Hughes, Anthony Frost, Luke Frost, Matthew Lanyon, Denny Long, Jessica Cooper to name a few.
