This exhibition celebrates the Soil Culture programme and UN International Year of Soils.

Its main focus is on the work of six important international artists who have engaged with soils over many years; Paolo Barrile, Mel Chin, herman de vries, Richard Long, Ana Mendieta and Claire Pentecost.

Soil culture is a collaboration between the Centre for Contemporary Art and the Natural World and Falmouth University. It is supported by Arts Council England, Heritage Lottery Fund and the British Society of Soil Science.
