THIS exhibition celebrates the life of Sir Colin St John Wilson, architect of the British library, by showing a selection of works from his personal collection, chosen by his widow MJ Long.

Colin St John Wilson passed away early in 2007, and the last exhibition he saw was at Falmouth Art Gallery ­ featuring the artists’ studios designed by his wife, MJ.

Featured in this exhibition are works by Craigie Aitchison, Frank Auerbach, Sir Peter Blake, David Bomberg, Edouard Manet, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Walter Sickert, Anthony Caro, Le Corbusier, Patrick Caulfield, Anthony Gormley, David Hockney, Paul Huxley, R.B.Kitaj, Claes Oldenburg and Graham Sutherland.
