Winifred Freeman was the sister-in-law of the marine artist Charles Napier Hemy RA RWS 1841-1917.

An accomplished watercolourist, she raised eyebrows locally by wearing pantaloons and smoking a pipe! This exhibition features her portraits, landscapes and coastal views lent from family archives and private collections.
