The concepts surrounding Cawkwell?s work include the repetitive minutiae of life and the female condition and its contradictions. Her influences include history of art, feminism and the human figure. She has held solo exhibitions across the country including the Millinery Works, London, Christ Church Picture Gallery and Stansell Gallery, Taunton. She is now based in London.
